Blue Sky Ideas for Walking
Networking events for people promoting walking
Format of a Talk the Walk event is fairly straightforward.
- Meet up

- Ask questions - Share ideas - Create an action plan
Our next Talk the Walk on "Making neighbourhoods more neighbourly " will take place on Wednesday 6 April at the The South London Gallery London SE5 8UH and is co-hosted by Rethinking Cities and PLAYLINK. An event in two parts: a Walking Geography Walkshop from 3.00pm - 5.00pm Meeting at Denmark Hill Station and a Talk the Walk from 5.00pm - 7.30pm at the Clore Studio at the South London Gallery London SE5 8UH. And what about beyond 2010? Talk the Walk is in discussion with venue partners for a Talk the Walk on Urban Trespass in February and on Tranquil places in June 2011.
We are always open to partnerships offering venues, so please do get in touch if you would like us to run a Talk the Walk - simply email us.
For each event we create a new wiki page to which you can add information, recommendations and suggestions.
